This page sets out who we are, the products we run, and how to reach us. It is required by the E-Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008, and it is linked from the footer of every page of padcount.com.

The products we operate
Padgrad Ltd operates more than one product. PadCount is a product of Padgrad Ltd — we (Padgrad Ltd) provide PadCount (padcount.com), a company expense and revenue tracking service, and Padgrad Ltd is the company you contract with. Padgrad Ltd also operates PadGrad (padgrad.com), a graduate careers platform, under its own terms.

What we are not (important statements)
- We are not tax advisers or accountants. PadCount is software that captures, organises and exports your expense, revenue and VAT data. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. We do not prepare, review, approve or submit tax or VAT returns, and we do not guarantee that HMRC will accept any figure, report or export produced from PadCount. Your accountant or tax adviser remains responsible for your filings.
- "HMRC-ready" means only that your data is organised and exportable. It describes the format, not a promise of any tax outcome or acceptance.
- We are not a bank, a payment institution or a financial adviser. PadCount records money movements you enter; it does not move money.
- We are not a party to your trade. We host your records; every entry and every figure in it is yours to check.
- We do not guarantee outcomes. Any summary, report or export is a convenience and must be checked before it is relied on.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints and rights requests within 5 working days and to respond substantively within 30 days (the statutory deadline for data protection rights requests is one month).
Hosting and jurisdiction
padcount.com and its data are hosted in the European Economic Area (Google Cloud, europe-west1), with certain service providers located in the United States (see the Privacy Policy for the transfers section). Our contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales.
